Established in 2001, Neilsons, under the guidance of Executive Chef and owner Lewis Prince, is recognized as one of Gippslands leading fine dining restaurants. With an Innovative Menu and a first class wait staff now under the direction of maƮtre d' and owner Rebecca Prince, Neilsons has won rave reviews and a loyal clientele.
The Menu is innovative in itself, with dishes that delight the taste buds and dazzle the eye. Neilsons each year continues to improve on itself and increase the high standard that their regulars have come to expect.

Situated in a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow, Neilsons has featured in The Age Good Food Guide each year since opening. It also won the hospitality section of the Gippsland Business Awards in 2003 and 2004.
In 2007 Neilsons became the first Restaurant in the Latrobe Valley to be awarded the coveted Chefs Hat earning a score of 15/20. In 2007 Lewis also won the Gippsland Signature Dish competition, and in 2008 along with one of his apprentices was again a finalist. In 2008 Lewis and Rebecca took over the ownership from previous owners Brad Neilson and Damien Gannon, and with a loyal team right behind them, Neilsons will only aim to achieve more and more in the world of hospitality.
Neilsons features a unique boutique gallery, displaying the works of some of Gippsland's most acclaimed artists. Most works are available to be purchased. Neilsons is, without doubt, one of the premier dining experiences in country Victoria.
